60-90 minutes
Move & talk
Consists of a facilitated walk or movement with colleagues to encourage conversation focused on a specific topic of your choice, such as stress management, and includes conversation prompts, statistics and question suggestions
Facilitated team building activities
Can be hosted in a variety of ways depending on your bespoke needs. One example is facilitated movement focusing on the importance of physical activity and mental health
Wellbeing on Wheels bus
Wellbeing on Wheels offers peer-led support from SAMH peer workers, who have lived experience of mental health problems and recovery.
Consists of informal, non-judgemental support offering visitors information, tools and resources to help self-manage their mental health and wellbeing. This may include support with:
Low mood or wellbeing
Low confidence levels
Feeling isolated or disconnected from your community
Coping with mental health problems
Knowing where to seek further support
Accessible for duration of full event
Information stall
Provides a variety of informative resources and guidance tailored to the theme of your event. SAMH staff will be on hand to offer any information on mental health and wellbeing, as well as signposting for further support
Bespoke activities
We work with a variety of preferred suppliers to include additional activities for your event, facilitated by expert instructors. Examples include Qi Gong sessions, smoothie bikes and physical activities
Please note, if any of the above activities don’t suit your needs, please get in touch with us as we can work with you to create a more bespoke event tailored to the needs of your organisation.
Your event could include the below scheduled activities. It could also include add-on options such as the Wellbeing on Wheels Bus for one-to-one support throughout the day, and an information stall with SAMH resources.

The SAMH team will be responsible for the following logistical tasks regarding your event:
Support with overall coordination to ensure the smooth running of the event
We will provide you with a briefing document, including a schedule of the timings of the day, and a synopsis of each session/activity
We can help you to create digital resources and communications for attendees in conjunction with your chosen session/activity. Please note we do not provide printed resources
We will support you in completing a risk assessment for your event, using our own template
We will provide instructions for each activity during the event
Your organisation will be responsible for the following for your event:
Organising and securing a suitable venue with consideration for adequate space for each activity/session. We can provide guidance on venue specifications
Organising visual and audio equipment for the event
Pre-arranging staff groups for each activity and assisting staff on the day, including event registration
Organising and securing any catering and refreshments
Disseminating information to staff regarding the event, including the briefing document that SAMH provides you, and any leaflets/resources you create
Printing any physical resources for your event, including any resources created in conjunction with SAMH

A member of our team will be able to provide further information based on your needs. Please note we generally require 12 weeks notice to arrange a workplace wellbeing event.
