For over a century, we've supported Scotland's mental health.

Today, we deliver 70+ community services, providing compassionate, person-centred support that the current healthcare system does not have the capacity to offer at scale.

At a time when Scotland is experiencing a mental health crisis, we’re working towards a future where anyone can ask once and get help fast.
